The invention pertains to condensed azepine derivatives of the general formula (I), in which A, B, R<1> to R<9> and X<1> to X<5> are as defined in claim 1, their tautomers, their stereoisomers, including mixtures thereof, and their salts, especially their physiologically tolerated salts with inorganic or organic acids or bases, having valuable pharmacological properties, preferably aggregation-inhibiting effects. The invention also pertains to drugs containing these compounds, to their use and to methods for preparing them.
