Use of spleen peptides, beta -HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin beta -chain) and/or beta -HCG epitopes is new for the following purposes: (1) sterility therapy; (2) therapy in sterility caused by hypophysial dysfunction or under-functioning; (3) in cases of inefficient stimulation of the pituitary gland by blockading of receptors for peripheral hormones; (4) in follicle stimulating hormone failures, and (5) for treatment of elevated basal luteinising hormone (LH) level and premature LH peak.
