Shuttering panel for use in forming monolithic and reinforced concrete that a thin-walled, watertight shell (1) of metal, plastic or a combination of metal and plastic. The shell includes a plate (2) acting as top surface and a further plate (3) with toothed ribs. The two plates are joined by welding or adhesive bonding. The shell is filled with a rigid foamed polyurethane material, bonded to the inner surface. It also includes internal; reinforcing elements (5), with which the shuttering can be fastened to supporting and connecting elements.
