Compounds of general formula (I), wherein R1 is H or OH; R2 is H, CH3 or OH; R3 is H, CH3, CH2CN, CH2CH2NH2 or CH2CONH2; RI m eans alkyl or alkenyl, alkoxyphenyl or alkoxynaphtyl; RII is H, a lkyl, alkenyl, (CH2)2-4OH, (CH2)2-4NRIVRV, CO(CH2)1-4NH2; RIII is H, alkyl, alkenyl, (CH2)2-4OH, (CH2)2-4NRIVRV or RII and RIII to gether create a group -(CH2)4-(CH2)5-, -(CH2)2O(CH2)2- or -(CH2)2 -NH-(CH2)2-; RIV and RV are H or lower alkyl group with anti-micr obial effect, thus they are suitable for using for production of pharmaceutical preparations, particularly for fighting down micro bial infections including pneumonias caused by micro-organisms fr om the tribe Pneumocystis of the patients with impaired immune sy stem.
