The dispenser consists of a container (1) for the product to be dispensed, a pump actuated by a pusher (3), and an outlet nozzle (2) of a thermoplastic material which is clipped onto the pusher and in communication with the outlet from the pump. The nozzle has two seal lips which open automatically under the pressure of the dispensed product, and it is moulded in one piece with a tongue (5), to which it is joined by a thin connector. The tongue fits between the nozzle and the body of the container, and prevents the pump from being operated until the tongue is removed by breaking the connector.
