There are prepared compounds of general formula I, where R means propylamino, butylamino, cyclohexylamino, phenylethylamino, piperidino, morpholine, 1-pyrodinyl, diethylamino. Preparation method consists of reaction of 4-(3-bromo-2-hydroxy- -propoxymethyl) phenylmethylketone with surplus of amine in water medium by laboratory temperature. Use of these matters can be in area of biological active matters as potential beta-adrenolytics or antiarrhythmics.
