A non-aqueous electrolytic solution comprising a solvent, a lithium salt as an electrolyte, and one or more phosphoric acid esters of formula Ä1Ü : wherein R<1>, R<2> and R<3> which may be the same or different, represent an alkyl group or an alkyl group substituted by one or more halogen atoms, at least one of R<1>, R<2> and R<3> representing an alkyl group substituted by one or more halogen atoms.
