FRP PIPE JOINT AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To increase bonding strength by forming a joint from the inner peripheral surface on which continuous unevenness is formed fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the end part of an inside FRP pipe and an outer peripheral surface to which a screw with which a flange is threaded and a taper part having a continuous uneven surface formed thereto are provided. CONSTITUTION:A joint 3 and an inside FRP pipe 1 are connected in such a state that the screw groove 4 provided to the inner peripheral surface of the joint is bitten in the fiber of the outer peripheral surface of the inside FRP pipe 1. The joint 3 and an outside FRP pipe 8 are connected in such a state that the knurling processing part 6 applied to the outer peripheral surface of the taper part 7 of the joint 3 is bitten in the fiber of the inner peripheral surface of the outside FRP pipe 8. As mentioned above, the inside and outside FRP pipes 1, 8 are connected in such a state that the fiber of the outer peripheral surface of the inside FRP pipe 1 is bitten in the fiber of the inner peripheral surface of the outside FRP pipe 8.
