<p>PURPOSE:To completely and hermetically seal the permanent magnet of a retainer which is fixed by the magnetic attraction force of a magnet structural body and a keeper by composing the magnet structural body of a case made of a corrosion resistant material for housing the magnet and a sealing plate made of a corrosion resistant nonmagnetic material covering the aperture of the recessed part of this case. CONSTITUTION:This retainer has an implant body 1 to be implanted at the jaw bone and a keeper screw member 2 which has external screw threads to be screwed to internal screw threads 11 formed at this body 1 and consists of a magnetic stainless steel alloy. The magnet structural body 3 is placed on this keeper screw member 2 so as to come into tight contact therewith and the retainer is fixed by the magnetic attraction force of the magnet structural body 3 and the keeper screw member 2. In such a case, the magnet structural body 3 is formed into the hermetic structure by the permanent magnet 31, the case 32 consisting of the corrosion resistant magnetic material having a recessed part for housing this magnet and the sealing plate 33 consisting of or one corrosion resistant nonmagnetic material covering the aperture of the recessed part of the case, by which the corrosion resistance thereof is enhanced.</p> |
