PURPOSE: To provide a high performance lamination for heat sink at low cost. CONSTITUTION: A first layer is clad in a second layer at a relatively low speed for miniaturizing a rolling friction, and the lamination is final-rolled for increasing substantially the thickness tolerance, and the lamination is slit for increasing substantially the width tolerance, and a groove is formed at a selected location of the lamination. A plurality of ribbons are finally cut off from the lamination, and the lamination is leveled in tension so that the shape is linearized and flatted, whereby it is possible to obtain the lamination in which the first layer is coupled to the second layer. |
