PURPOSE:To provide a mass-production technique whose production costs are low regarding a rotor of an ultrasonic motor in which the high accuracy of a size and a shape is required. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor 1 is provided with a stator 3 in which a piezoelectric element 5 has been mounted on, and attached to, one side face and with a rotor 8 which is arranged and piled up on the other side face of the stator 3. In the ultrasonic motor, the rotor 8 is formed from an aluminum alloy material by cold forging. |
