PURPOSE:To provide a spreadsheet processor generating a spreadsheet in the unit of cells in which an entire modified range is revised into newly designated modification information by having only to designate one optional cell in the modified range whose modification information is to be revised in the case of setting the modification information again to cells. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 2 discriminates whether or not modification information is set to a cell designated by the entry operation of a mouse 4 or a key board 5. When the CPU 2 discriminates it that the modification information is set to the designated cell, the CPU 2 detects a modification range of cells consecutive to the designated cell and having the same modification information as current modification information stored in a RAM 7 and revises current modification information in the modified range of the cells to be detected into newly designated modification information. |
