<p>PURPOSE:To form a light shielding layer excellent in insulating property and light shielding property by preparing a colored resist compsn. capable of forming a colored resist film whose specific resistance after exposure is within a specified range and producing the light shielding layer of a color filter by using the resist compsn. CONSTITUTION:This colored resist compsn. contains 5-60wt.%, preferably 5-30wt.% black pigment having >=10<2>OMEGA.cm specific resistance, two or more kinds of coloring pigments different from each other in color and selected among brown, blue, purple, yellow, red, orange and green pigments and a polymer-based photosensitive material and forms a colored resist film having >=10<6>OMEGA.cm specific resistance after exposure. The black pigment is selected from among titanium oxide, iron oxide, ferrite and iron-titanium oxide each optionally coated with silicon dioxide. The average particle diameter of the black pigment is <=1mum, preferably 20-500nm.</p> |
