PURPOSE:To obtain the composition consisting of a powdery luminophor and a vehicle containing a specific binder, excellent in ink printabilities, capable of without developing the lack of hiding or an incompleteness, having a high dignity and quality, and used for a cathode-ray tube, etc. CONSTITUTION:This luminophor ink composition comprises (A) a powdery luminophor and (B) (i) a vehicle containing an organic depolymerization type binder. Further, it is preferable that (ii) the amount of an organic solvent and the amount of the component (i) in the component (B) are 39-44wt.% and 61-56wt.% respectively calculated based on the oil absorbing amount of the component (A), the average molecular weight of the component (A) is 20000-50000, the average particle diameter of the component (A) is 2-15mum, and the ink composition consists of 5-15wt.% component (i), 15-25wt.% component (ii) and 70-80wt.% component (A). |
