In this time, the deviation between the pump torque in no speed changing just before the speed change is started and the engine torque just after the speed change is started is learned as auxiliary machine torque, and the value is given as the auxiliary machine torque in changing of speed, so as to calculate and estimate the input shaft torque. Thereby the input shaft torque in changing of speed, so as to calculate and estimate the input shaft torque. Thereby the input shaft toque and the gear ratio can be calculated and estimated at high precision without using any turbine sensor and any torque sensor in the automatic transmission, and they can be controlled.</p>
