<p>PURPOSE:To enable objective evaluation by automatically extracting a common trend regarding operation time from the history of interaction of plural operators regardless of whether or not the operation is correct, and minimizing the influence of individual differences among the operators. CONSTITUTION:The user interface evaluation device 1 is connected to an interaction history storage device 12 which stores the interaction history gathered when an operator operates a device 10 to be evaluated. This device is equipped internally with a pattern extraction device 2 which receives the interaction history and extracts data on all patterns meeting optionally determined conditions from it, a pattern storage device 4 which stores the extracted data on the patterns, a summing device 5 which sums up the operation time data included in the stored patterns, a summed value-storage device 6 which stores the set of summed values, and a display controller 7 which generates a chart showing the summed result from the set of the summed value of the operation time data and controls an external output device 14 to display the chart.</p> |
