PURPOSE:To lessen noise generation and to enable continuous operation with high durability and highly efficient aluminum recovery by providing an impact shaft for impact impartation with a counter shaft formed with an increased diameter joint part and imparting impact via a vibration buffer member at the time of recovering and treating aluminum dross. CONSTITUTION:A pressing plate is placed on the upper part of the dross housed in a vessel and the dross receives the pressing by a pressing plate 41. This pressing plate 41 is pressurized and vibrated by receiving the vibration by an impact breaker 5. Namely, the impact motion transmitted from the impact shaft 58 via an impact conduction member 52 and an impact transmission member 54 is transmitted to the pressing plate 41 through a projecting surface 56 of the impact transmission member 54 and an arm-shaped recessed surface 47 disposed at the central part of the pressing plate 41, by which exact action transmission is executed. The impact conduction member 52, of which the bottom end is formed as the joint part 53 increased in its diameter to a bevel shape, is disposed to face the impact transmission member 54 via the impact buffer member 6 and is connected thereto by a connecting shaft 55.
