<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the cost related to lines and to improve the workability of maintenance. CONSTITUTION:Actual working systems 11 to 1n which incorporate diagnosing maintenance programs 21 to 2n, data bases 31 to 3n for abnormality, and maintenance constant tables 41 to 4n are not only connected to one another through an actual working system maintenance LAN 5 but also connected to a multimedia terminal 6. A maintenance system 7 to maintain the actual working systems 11 to 1n incorporates a data transfer program 8 for abnormality and data base copies 91 to 9n for abnormality, and data bases 31 to 3n for abnormality transferred from actual working systems l1 to 1n are stored in data base copies 91 to 9n for abnormality. The maintenance system 7 is connected to a multimedia terminal 12 through a LAN 11 for maintenance system. LANs 5 and 11 are connected through line adapters 13 and 14 by a line 15.</p> |
