<p>PURPOSE:To provide a coordinate input device of an ultrasonic system where the detection efficiency of vibration is improved and the influence of unnecessary vibration is reduced. CONSTITUTION:Vibration sensors 6 are provided at the plural positions on a vibration transmission plate 8 and vibration proof material 7 preventing the reflection of vibration is provided on the peripheral part of the vibration transmission plate 8. The device is provided with a reflector 12 reflecting so that the vibration of a prescribed wavelength inputted in the prescribed valid area A on the transmission plate 8 may not be prevented from directly reaching the vibration sensor 6 and the vibration passing the mounting position of the vibration sensor 6 may reach the vibration sensor 6 again by shifting the phase by the multiple of integer of the wavelength. The vibration inputted in the vibration transmission plate 8 directly reaches the vibration sensor 6, the vibration is detected, it is reflected by the reflector 12 and it reaches the vibration sensor 6. This vibration is delayed in a phase by the multiple of integer of the wavelength, as compared with the vibration directly reaching the vibration sensor 6. Therefore, the vibration sensor 6 is capable of detecting the vibration that a direct wave and a reflection wave are synthesized and amplified, improving the detection efficiency of vibration and reducing the influence of unnecessary influence.</p> |
