PURPOSE:To enable the checking of an input key in operation by preventing mistake in the operation of the input key in the measurement of plane accuracy. CONSTITUTION:An input key 24 is displayed in an array differing per monitor screen on an input display section 21 comprising a monitoring device 20 or a touch panel of a panel type computer to monitor measuring condition of a measuring apparatus 10. The part of the input key 24 is colored whenever it is operated and the state of the coloring is kept for a specified duration.
