<p>PURPOSE:To enable a vehicle parked in a mechanical multistory parking lot to go out without any confusion by letting a control means select a vacant car-in or out opening, and letting normal garaging or car-out operations be suspended at one time in the selected car-in or out opening. CONSTITUTION:In a parking lot which is made up of mechanical parking units 1 and 2 equipped with car-in and out elevators 3 and 4, and is provided with individual car-in and out opening, when a one time car-out operation is directed, a control means selects as a car-out opening either one of each car-in opening or each car-out opening depending on a present utilization condition, a time zone and the like. When the car-in opening is selected, normal car-out operations are suspended, a vehicle to go out for one time is moved to the car-out opening from each parking room 10 or 20 by a trolley 5 and a car-out elevator 4. After user's business has been over, the vehicle that went out for one time is put back to each initial parking room 10 or 20 by the car-out elevator 4 and the trolley 5 without issuing a parking ticket. After it is affirmed that the vehicle has been parked again in the room, the suspension of the normal car-out operations is released. When the car-out opening is selected, normal car-in operations are suspended, and one time car-out and in operations are carried out by a car-in elevator 4.</p> |
