CONSTITUTION:The filter is made up of a filter main body 35 formed by laminating ceramic sheets 11, 13, 15, 19, 21 made of plural dielectric materials. A bypass input/output electrode 25 and a bypass ground electrode 26 connected electrically to an input/output electrode 25 and ground electrodes 22, 24 are provided to end parts of the ceramic sheet 21 and marks 27-30 are provided to the ceramic sheet 21. |
