PURPOSE:To improve the confirmation speed and accuracy and to effectively prepare the original document by clarifying which character string on a display device is confirmed and which one is being confirmed. CONSTITUTION:A means 15 displaying the end of the character string confirmation applies the mosaic processing such as halftone screen processing on the character string which is confirmed as soon as the confirmed character string is shifted to a new one to be confirmed by a character string shift means 16 and the end of confirmation is clarified. A confirming character string close-up means 13 works to close up the character strings to be confirmed at the lower part of the display device from the document at the display. A character correcting means 17 corrects the close-up character string if it has an error as the result of confirmation. A voice output means 14 outputs voice from the head character of the character string retrieved by the means 12. |
