The circuit includes an unit which provides operating signal for generation of pulse, an unit which generates pulse signal repeatedly, an oscillator which has an unit for providing rectified pulse signals, a number of data output buffer which generate a pair of first and second output signals, a number of voltage pumping units which pump the first output signal of the data output buffers up to some voltage level, and a number of data output drivers which receive the first, second output signals and output data corresponding to each pair of the first and the second output signals.
