PURPOSE:To save the energy and resources to a great extent by using a hydrogen gas and oxygen gas which an ozonizer produces subsidiarily, as a reaction gas for a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:A mixture gas 5 of oxygen and ozone generated from the anode 3 of an electrolytic ozonizer 1 is passed through a substance 6 consuming ozone, and a mixture gas 7 is formed of oxygen and used ozone. The mixture gas 7 is dehumidified by a dehumidifier 9, and the ozone is turned by an ozone reducing device 10 into ordinary oxygen so that only oxygen gas is contained, and this is supplied to a fuel cell 14. The hydrogen gas 4 generated by the cathoed 2 is supplied to the fuel cell 14. The oxygen gas and hydrogen gas are used as a reaction gas for the fuel cell 14. Thus oxygen and hydrogen which the ozonizer 1 produces subsidiarily can be used with no wastefulness. It is practicable to save external power supply to a great extent by sending the DC current 29 generated by the fuel cell 14 to this ozonizer 1. |
