PURPOSE:To provide an integrally molded plug having a perfect fireproof countermeasure by detecting the temperature in the plug with a fuse installed in the plug, immediately fusing the fuse when the temperature reaches a set value to cut off a circuit, and preventing the temperature from rising further. CONSTITUTION:A temperature fuse 3 is incorporated between one plug blade 1' and a conductor 2 connected to it in a plug. This temperature fuse 3 can be also provided between the other plug blade 1 and a conductor 2' connected to it. Insulating films 2a, 2'a are applied to the conductor's 2, 2' except for connection sections to connecting terminal sections 4, 4'. When a plug main body 5 is injection-molded with a plastic material such as a vinyl chloride resin while plug constituting elements other than the plug main body 5 are inserted in a die not shown in the figure, and the integrally molded plug is obtained The protector section 7 of an electric cord 6 can be integrally formed concurrently with the molding of the plug main body 5. |
