PURPOSE: To provide a foldable package housing a cardiac pacing conductor made accessible and extractable during operation by providing tab pockets for housing surgical needles and electrode needles and a plurality of panels connected along fold lines. CONSTITUTION: Needle placing tabs 26, 26 as means housing surgical needles 220 and electrode needles 230 are formed to a substrate panel 20 and a tab panel 45 is connected to one long side of the substrate panel 20 in a foldable manner and a front holding panel 90 is connected to the second short side thereof in a foldable manner. A back cover panel 70 and a back holding panel 100 are respectively connected to the left and right long sides of the front holding panel 90 in a foldable manner and a front cover panel 50 is connected to the first short side of the back cover panel 70 in a foldable manner. These panels are bent along fold lines shown by broken lines and tabs 40, 45, 80 are inserted in corresponding tab pockets to assemble a package. |
