PURPOSE:To prevent water leakage by providing a gutter on a bracket of a hand wash basin to trap water that enters through a gap. CONSTITUTION:A flange support is provided along the inner edge of a bracket of a hand wash basin and a gutter 31 is provided along the outer rim of the flange support. The inner rim of the gutter 31 is sealed by a flange 11 that is in contact with the flange support, so that water entering through a gap 5 becomes to less apt to overflow from the gutter 31 and leak downward. A counter with a hand washer is mounted on a cabinet that is located behind a flush toilet in a lavatory, housing a low flush tank inside and consists of a hand wash basin 1, a hand washer 7 including a faucet 6 through which hand washing water is supplied into the wash basin 1, and a counter top 2 which has a wash basin mounting opening in the middle, is mounted on the cabinet and located above the low flush tank. |
