PURPOSE: To provide the subject apparatus with an elongated stem-like part. CONSTITUTION: An elongated stem-like part 2 is fixed to a cervical part 9 by an appropriate fixing means 3. The fixing means 3 comprises a knot, a screw, a thread, and so on, and forms the main part of the stem-like part. The fixing means and the stem-like part are made of a metal or an alloy, however usually made of stainless steel or plastic acceptably by human body. |
