<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a particulate trap filter device to be loaded to purify exhaust gas, and also to achieve reliable combustion of particulates. CONSTITUTION:A trap filter 49 is attachably/detachably arranged in a container 31 and constituted of a replaceable cartridge 47. In a particulate processing method, the filter 49 is heated by applying voltage to the filter 49 of the cartridge 47 after the cartridge 47 is taken out from the container 31, so as to burn particulates P. Or, microwave is radiated to the cartridge 47, so as to burn particulates. Moreover, the cartridge 47 is vibrated by a shaker, so as to discharge the particulates P.</p> |
