PURPOSE:To make measures against a fault of an information processor to be easily taken by acquiring specific fault information corresponding to a specific error code by referring to a contrast table according to the specific error code. CONSTITUTION:An information processor has plural error codes and displays the specific error code showing a fault if the fault occurs during operation. An input device 11 inputs the specific error code or an OS code. A fault content retrieval device 12 refers to a department master file 13, a fault investigation master file 14, and a document master file 15 and retrieves the contents of the fault to obtain the specific fault information corresponding to the specific error code. A fault detail table generating device 16 generates a fault detail table 18 according to the specific fault information. Further, a file maintenance device 17 performs file maintenance such as alterations of the fault investigation master file 14 and document file 15. |
