<p>PURPOSE:To provide a data communication equipment, with which communication is possible, concerning the plural data communication equipment sharing the same medium. CONSTITUTION:When transmitting an RTS packet from equipment C sharing the medium with equipment A and B, the transmission of the RTS packet is suppressed for a transmission suppression term to be changed corresponding to fixed waiting time Tm and the kind of a packet in a detected carrier. Namely, when the equipment C detects the RTS packet of the equipment A, the transmission is suppressed excessively just for a packet transmission suppression term 101 due to RTS reception and when the CTS packet of the equipment B is detected, the transmission is suppressed just for the packet transmission suppression term due to CTS reception. When a data packet is detected, the transmission is suppressed just for the packet transmission suppression term due to data packet reception and when an ACK packet is received, the transmission is suppressed excessively just for a packet transmission suppression term 104 due to ACK reception.</p> |
