PURPOSE:To provide a heat supplying facility in which the power consumption of a power peak time zone in summer is suppressed to a necessary minimum limit, the manufacturing cost of cold heat is reduced, the thermal storage efficiency of a thermal storage tank is improved, the operating efficiency of the entire facility is improved and energy conservation is conducted. CONSTITUTION:A heat supplying facility comprises a plurality of heat pumps 11-13 for manufacturing cold heat, a thermal storage tank 14 for storing the cold heat, a controller 17 for controlling the operations of the pumps 11-13, etc., thereby supplying the cold heat from the tank 14 to a heat demand end 15, wherein the controller 17 has a heat demand predicting function to fully store the storage heat of the tank 14 at the predetermined time Tm (8 o'clock) in the morning. The pumps 11-13 are so controlled to be operated in highest efficiency as to be vacant or retain slight heat storage at a predetermined time Tn (22 o'clock) at night, again fully store the heat at the start (13 o'clock) of a power peak time zone (13-16 o'clock) between the times Tm and Tn, to vacant or retain the slight heat at the end (16 o'clock) and that the number of times of starting becomes minimum limit. |
