PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricant oil for metal deformation processing excellent in lubricity, releasing property, etc., without polluting a working environment, having no clogging in pipes and nozzles of an atomizer and suitable for forging-, press-, drawing processing, etc., by adding a highly basic petroleum sulfonate and an oil-soluble extreme pressure agent to mineral-based base oil. CONSTITUTION:This lubricant oil for metal deformation processing preferably comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a mineral-based base oil such as paraffin-based oil, (B) 10-200 pts.wt. of a highly basic petroleum sulfonate such as an alkali earth metal alkylaryl sulfonate and (C) 10-200 pts.wt. of a usual oil-soluble extreme pressure agent such as an oil sulfide, a phosphoric or phosphorus ester, a chlorinated paraffin, a metal naphthenate, etc. |
