INTEGRALLY MOLDED PALLET MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN AND METHOD FOR MOLDING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To provide bending strength required for transporting and storing various products by forming a gridlike plate body continuing longitudinally and laterally on a surface deck board above a fork insertion hole over a full length of a synthetic resin pallet. CONSTITUTION:An integrally molded synthetic resin pallet which can be inserted in two directions has a surface deck board 1 and a rear deck board 2, wherein a corner parallelepiped beam 3 and an intermediate parallelepiped beam 4 reaching the rear deck board 1 from the surface deck board 1 are formed, a fork insertion hole 5 is provided between the corner beam 3 and the intermediate beam 4, while two openings 6 are formed on the rear deck board 2 below the fork insertion hole 5. In addition, a grid-like plate body 7 is formed over a full length of the pallet on the surface deck board 1 to apply sufficient strength. Further a slope 11 is formed on a side end of the opening 6 in a direction perpendicular to a fork insertion direction, so that a fork 13 can be smoothly inserted into the pallet.
