PURPOSE:To provide an energy conservation type heat supply facility in which the exhaust heat of a cold heat pump is used as a heat source water of a superheat pump, and operating times are so regulated that the operations of the superheat pump and the cold heat pump are superposed. CONSTITUTION:A heat supply facility has superheat pumps 11, 12 for generating high-temperature waters, a cold heat pump 13 for generating cold water, a heat source heat pump 14 and a thermal heat storage tanks 16, 17 to supply warm and cold heats stored in the tanks 16, 17 to heat demand end, and comprises a controller 20 having a heat demand predicting function so as to suitably control that the operating times of the pumps 11, 12 and 13 are superposed. |
