POLYURETHANE COATED FABRIC

摘要

The polyurethane coated fabric is produced by coating a polyester or a polyether type polyurethane resin containing 0.5˜5wt.% methylene bisoleyl amide on the woven and knitted fabric of a polyamide or a polyester hollow yarn having 10˜40% hollow ratio. The polyurethane coating resin is prepd. by mixing the methylene bisoleyl amide with a solvent i.e. N, N'-dimethyl formamide, methyl ethyl ketone or toluene, and an additive. The coated fabric has a good hydrolysis resistance and heat adhesiveness.
