MANUFACTURE METHOD OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN

This is new thermoplastic resin. The manufacturing method comprises : 1)making graft copolymer (A) by grafting polybutadiene 40-70wt.%, aromatic vinyl monomer 20-60wt.% and unsaturated nitrile 10-40wt.%; 2)making copolymer(B) by prepolymerization monomer of styrene 40-80wt.% and acrylonitrile 20-60wt.% using polyfunctional organic peroxide and azo compd. as an initiator, and 2nd polymerization in pure water including an emulsion stabilizer; and 3)blending 30-70wt.% of (A) and 30-70wt.% of (B)
