The method is for manufacturing the coloured cubic label, specially printing the grooves between protrusions with various colours. The method comprises a step of pouring synthetic resin or synthetic rubber into grooves(5) of mold(1); a step of forming a coloured printing layor on a printing surface except the grooves(5); and a step of forming a doping layor, and adhering an original fabric of the label on the doping layor.
