The structure is characterized in that a bracket(42) fixing groove is formed in a location where a fixed axis(6) is mounted in the lower side of the vacuum cleaner, in that a cover(24) capable of opening or closing the bracket fixing groove(42) is mounted in the upper side of the bracket fixing groove(42), and in that a bracket(28) is coupled with the main body(22) of the vacuum cleaner by using a fixed cap(30) whose one terminal has a snap pin(38) and whose the other terminal has a closed formation.
