The packaging is composed of a case (100) and a cover (101). The parallelepiped case is cut from a blank and has a tablet removal hole (34) which is sealed by the cover which slides on the case body. The travel of the cover is limited by a stop (19) in the vicinity of the removal hole. The removal hole extends on two contiguous faces of the case and is sealed before use by a lid, cut from the blank, having security links on the periphery of the hole. The stops are constituted by projecting edges of flaps obtained by cutting a notch in the flaps. Internal terracing (32) dividing the case into two independent compartments is constituted by two extension flaps. These flaps are stuck after folding the carton along its lower face edges.
