PURPOSE:To obtain an optical information recording/reproducing device and integrated head which are short in the thickness direction size of an optical disk. CONSTITUTION:The reflected light from the optical disk 3 is reflected in direction by a prism 2q and in Y-axis direction by a prism 2p. The reflected light beams are received in photodiodes 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d via a hologram optical element 15. A laser diode 11a and the photodiodes 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d are set in the X-axis direction by such arrangement. |
