PURPOSE: To provide a direct thermal image forming method for generating images having color neutrality which is particularly good at the max. density higher than 2.5. CONSTITUTION: The direct thermal recording material in the direct thermal recording method for heating the direct thermal recording material according to dots contains image forming layers contg.
