PURPOSE:To eliminate any partiality for frequencies used in communication and to make the time of use of a frequency uniform by conducting new data communication with a transmission frequency corresponding to a minimum communication time among ones accumulated for respective transmission frequencies. CONSTITUTION:When a radio communication equipment 1.1 receives transmission data from a data terminal equipment 1.11, the equipment 1.1 checks whether or not a communication history is in existence in a frequency use history table of a frequency history recording section 1.6. When the recording is in existence, whether or not the frequency is used not impartially is checked and when used locally, a frequency corresponding to the shortest time in the past use times is selected. On the other hand, when no communication history is in existence in the frequency use history table and no local use of the operating frequencies is in existence, a random number is generated to select the frequency in use. Thus, the communication result is recorded on the frequency use history table and the table is updated for each end of communication, then partial use of frequencies by the radio communication equipment 1.1 is avoided. |
