PURPOSE:To introduce a predetermined quantity of very small amount of sample without influence of sample or salt concentration. CONSTITUTION:The microindicator for a capillary gel electrophoresis comprises an inlet stator 1, an outlet stator 2, a rotor 3, an arm 4, retaining plates 5, 6, retaining screws 7, 8, capillary ring seals 9, 10 ring seals 11, 12 for the rotor, an electrophoretic capillary 13, and a voltage applying capillary 14. The stator 1 has a sample pouring hole 15 and an electrophoretic capillary inserting and holding hole 16. The stator 2 has a sample discharge hole 17, a voltage applying capillary holding hole 18, and a conductive partition wall. The rotor 3 rotates the arm 4 to move the position of a sample metering hole 19 and to alter the sample metering amount and the pass of the electrophoresis. |
