PARTS ASSEMBLY AND ITS FEEDER

PURPOSE:To obtain a compact parts assembly which is advantageous in view point of cost because a tape carrier can be reused after the parts are taken out and in which the contained parts are protected against damage and dust. CONSTITUTION:A large number of parts containers 1 are arranged side by side to form a tape carrier 2 and a part 3 is contained in each container 1. In such parts assembly A, the parts container 1 comprises a recess 5 for containing the part 3, a pair of double swinging cover bodies 7 for closing the opening 6 at the recess 5, and means 8 for retaining the pair of cover bodies 7 at closed position.
