PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components and to contrive the freedom of a mounting position of a light receiving section for a remote controller by providing a light transmission section on an operation button in a main body of an on-vehicle electronic equipment and using the light transmission section as a window of the light receiving section of the remote controller. CONSTITUTION:An operation section 3 having a transparent or translucent transmission section 8 through which an infrared ray 17 from a remote controller transmitter 7 passes is arranged to a main body 1 of an on-vehicle electronic equipment, a light receiving section 2 of the remote controller is directed toward the operation button 3 and mounted just behind the light transmission section 8. In this case, the light transmission section 8 of the operation button 3 is painted except the function display part of the button such as numerals, alphabets and characters, and the function display section forms the light transmission section through which an infrared ray passes. When the remote controller is not operated, the operation button 3 is depressed to allow a projection 15 at the rear side of the operation button 3 to press a tact switch 16 mounted to a board 10 to operate the function of the operation button. Thus, the number of components is reduced and the light receiving section of the remote controller is located freely as its mount position. |
