The system has an intermediate alternating flow circuit (32), divided into two parallel loops (34,37). One (34), has a convector fan (33), a non return valve (38) preventing flow through it in winter. The other (37), is a radiator (36) circuit, with non return valve (38) preventing radiator water flow during summer. A three way motorised valve (39) automatically regulates radiator temperature in winter. An atmosphere regulator (47) adjusts this valve in winter and the convector fan in summer. A reversing thermostat (46), in the intermediate circuit, automatically adjusts for summer/winter. Thermal energy is metered in winter (50) and summer (51), in association with the non return valves. In winter, anti condensation ventilation may be obtained by air mixing, controlling the convector fan.
