PURPOSE:To provide the new photopolymerized compound having high sensitivity to the area of visible light. CONSTITUTION:This photopolymerized compound includes the sensitizing agent expressed with the chemical formula. In this formula, R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<6>, R<7>, R<8>, R<9>, R<10>, R<11>, R<12> mean hydrogen atom, alkyl group, alkoxyalkyl group, hydroxyalkyl group, halogenoalkyl group, alkoxy group, alkoxyalkoxy group, alkylcarbonyl group, carboxyl group, alkoxycarbonyl group, cyano group and halogen atom, and they can be connected to each other so as to form a ring. R<4>, R<5> mean hydrogen atom and alkyl group, and they can be connected to R<3>, R<6>. (n) means integer at 0 or 1, and R<13>, R<14>, R<15> mean alkyl group. X means O, S, NR<16> (R<16> means hydrogen atom or alkyl group), and Y means O, S, NR<17> (R<17> means hydrogen atom or alkyl group). |
