PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic part mounter in which a positioning mark can be recognized and the mounting of an electronic part on a board can be determined through a simple constitution by providing a head with a nozzle for sucking the part, a camera, and means for switching the optical path of the camera. CONSTITUTION:When a board 2 is carried into an electronic parts mounter and positioned on a board holder 1, an XY moving section 4 is driven to shift a transfer head 3 to the mounting position. A rod 18 is retracted and a positioning mark 20a on the board 2 is observed by means of a camera 15 thus detecting positional shift of the board 2. When an electronic part 9 is mounted, a cylinder 17 is driven to project the rod 18 and the mounting position of a nozzle 8 is observed by means of the camera 15 along an optical path (b). Mounting operation is then carried out while confirming the electronic part 9 mounted on the board 2. |
